iOS 8 photo upload problems?
#1
I cannot seem to upload photos via safari after updating to iOS 8. The site seems to hang for a while then I get a message that the connection to the site was lost. Anyone else having problems?

Looks like it may be an iOS 8 bug:

Yep...other forums have the same problem. We have OVER 80% of our members logging on by phone and @90% of those using tapatalk.

Blogging, posting pics and writing lengthy posts are soon becoming extinct. Weird.

We are still having iphone pic problems with our particular plug in / gallery, it seems.

I'll need some help with updating (php) and with our particular image resizer ect.

If anyone is good with php and can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

We apologize for the pic posting inconvenience.

No, but I agree that resizing on your phone is a pain and perhaps that is leading to trouble. Maybe we can try something like this?

Yeah but I think a plugin like this will take a file that is over the limit and knock it down for you. That way no error, and we can force a reduction in size and move that burden off the person posting.

We have a 'resizer' plug in installed here as well. It is a couple years old though, but was thought to be functioning nicely.
