Why/How false bottoms???

First recognize that most humidity gauge are woefully inaccurate. Not sure which one you have but most likely if you rely on it as gospel, at some point you are going to be let down and things will be too dry and you'll be lucky if your frogs did not desiccate / die. I dump gallons of water into my 100 gallon tanks, especially in the winter. Sometimes I even use a hose. These animals are unique in that they need higher humidity and some actual water but nothing sopping wet or pond-like. I'll admit it's challenger for new people when we tell them to throw away the humd gauge and rely on your eyes and "feel". There is a MUCH higher chance of frog death from too dry as opposed to too wet. Too wet 'mistakes' are 1000 times more survivable than too dry mistakes". You may think that the water is brown or unsightly or even disease ridden but it's fine. Tanins and soil = not a problem. You have a screen mesh separating your soil so not much should slip down to the very bottom anyway or at least should not.
