When we turned our frogs light on today we noticed A strange brown slime down the side of my leuc. when we looked closer we realized that it was actually coming from his/her mouth. What could this be and is there anything I should/can do, or has anybody ever heard of this before.

Hi Lana,
Sounds like you frog is shedding. A normal occurence. If the slime gets worse or continues for a few days there may be something else involved.

Darts with parasites are analogous to mixed tanks, there are no known benefits to the frogs with either.
If tone is more important to you than content, you are at the wrong place.
