Don't have frogs yet, but need to know if it is safe...
Are you asking about using the leaves, or the plant?
I think most eucalyptus are trees, and I believe the are more suited to dryer conditions.
As for the leaves, I would be hesitant to use them , due to the aromatic foliage.

I wouldn't use any Eucalyptus in a vivarium. I regularly utilize Eucalyptus mulch due to the insect-repelling properties of the oil in the wood. I believe the leaves and any wood could prove quite harmful to PDF's.
