I think so , with the right provisions. The enclosure should be a glass 10 gallon aquarium with a glass fish tank type lid.
The room temperatures should not exceed 85 F and not colder than 50 F. Be very careful that lights don't make things too hot in the tank, as that frequently happens with heat from lighting.
The bottom of the tank should contain green pillow moss (live would be cool) or at least moist to wet store bought long stem Spaghnum moss. The tank needs to be moist to wet - especially the bottom or substrate that the frog sits on.
As long as people don't pick up the tank or otherwise tap or jostle it, stress can be kept to a minimum I would think.
This sounds like fun. If I was closer, I would absolutely enter one or both of my azureus in this contest.
