I just wanted to say, I just got back from the show and
I was very impressed with what I saw. There was a great
Selection of frogs from Blue Azures to Baru and
Then some. The choices were fantastic. This was my first
Frog Day show and I can say, I will do all I can to attend as many as
Possible. It was also nice to put a face to the names you see on
The Forum. Phil had a gorgeous collection of frogs and if I had the
Space for his Solarte I would have gotten them. However I need the
space for My new trio of Popas. Maybe by the next show I will
have a new Set up. Again great show.

got back after 6:00. talked to a lot of people. a lot of frogs I could of bought but didn't. good thing, my exhaust before the muffler blew out. felt like I was driving a stock car from elizibeth n.j. to the pa./n.j. border.
wish I could go next year but san Diego is too far for me. at least I think I heard that it will be there.

Quick review...just got back.
Great show as usual. Glad to meet so many new people and put a face to a name. Lectures were incredible and informative and I'll be posting 2-3 new threads on Lecture topic points of what I hope will be of great interest to everyone in the hobby, here soon.
Matt M. and his family and crew did a FANTASTIC job of organizing and pulling this whole thing off - THANKS MATT !
Nice venue...who Doesn't love a great Zoo ? Parking was a little sketchy though, and that may be my only negative critique.
Vendor - animal selection and supplies were EXCELLENT. Adult frogs, pairs, 2 dozen different pumilio morphs, proven pairs, sylvatica and histrionica, deals and discounts. MANY rare and uncommon plants, supplies, custom vivs by Sherman - you name it and it WAS there, pretty much.
Frog Day CONTINUES to be better than Hamburg and White plains combine for sheer frog volume and selection and this show was not exception. There were also many many deals to be had. Artwork - photos, sculptures, books ect. Great auction and fundraising attendance for TWI. A small binturong (bearcat) made its rounds through the dinner so that everyone could pet it.
Great show, dinner and frogger fellowship -I'm pretty sure everyone had a great time.

BTW, those were my frogs, you should have introduced yourself so I could put a face with the name. There's more Solarte to come, so let me know when you're ready.

I just got back, I think Phil put it best in a post last year. Matt put lot of effort into this and I really appreciate all the hard work he and his family did.
It's an absolute must to go to shows like this not only to support "the cause" but to put names to faces and socialize. I met many amazing people and learned a bunch of really good information from lots of different people.
Even my wife had a good time!
Phil and Craig sorry I didn't get a chance to hang out with you guys on Friday but it was really great finally getting to meet you.

No pics?
Darts with parasites are analogous to mixed tanks, there are no known benefits to the frogs with either.

Rich,
I must say, that it did not cross my mind to
To take some pictures. I guess if I would have
Been in the rainforest, I would have been snapping
Away. I must remember the next time, I see so many
Gorgeous frogs in one place to take pics.

^^ Just a lot of 'Rich-isms'. You can only learn them by observing some of the 'goodies' here on this forum.
