So I just received a brand new package of Repashy Supervite from a "big name dart frog supply company".
The package expired last month. I haven't even opened it yet.
What should I do?
Is it ok to use?
Should I call and ask for a refund/new shipment, etc?
Thanks!

I'd send it back...no doubt.

Sending it back would cost "me" money... I don't feel I should have to bear that cost. It was not my mistake. It would end up costing me $20+ for a little 4oz. package after it's all said and done.

"Send it back' was my generic statement.
The overriding thing here, is that they give you a new supplement however it gets done. They reimburse or whatever.

Gotcha.
Yeah I'll be giving them a call in the morning. I hope they make it right, and quickly, as I'm without that supplement now. I guess I'll just use the Herptivite and Reptivite. They should be fine just getting these in the time being.

Well, I called the seller but I could not get ahold of anyone.(It is a holiday today)
So then I sent an email explaining the situation with the picture of the package. Within 30 min I had a reply/apology stating that they would be sending me a new package via FedEx and I should have it within 3 days. Within 30 min of that I receive my FedEx tracking number.
All I can say is AWESOME customer service. I don't know if I've ever dealt with a company like this before.
**(I don't know if it would be ok to post the name of this company on here or not. I don't mind giving positive attention to companies like this and help them out, we need more of them.)**

You can post good feedback here or on a related vendor feedback thread in that particular subforum. No worries here, unlike all the hoops you have to jump thru on DB.
You can actually name the good vendor here. Give it a try!

It was NEHERP. I'll be doing more business with them for sure.
