Where can I buy heat tape ?

What do you mean by heat tape ? what will you use it for ? Most Amphibians don't need their tanks heated. if you have lights that will help heat up your tank slightly.

I know its not for Dart Frogs, its to breed lobster roaches. They need about 90F to breed really well, and I can't use a heat pad because they are in a Rubbermaid plastic tote.
