Are Parasitic /Jewel Wasps good feeder insects?
#1
i've heard that parasitic wasps or jewel wasps are good for young dart frogs as they are about the same size or smaller then springtails i'm not sure where to get them
do they have good nutritional value for the frogs ?
also do these fly?
and are they hard to culture yourself

thanks looking

Here are a couple of pages telling about the jewel wasp, and a link to Wards Bio that sells them. There are other places that sell the wasp pupae, and a quick search and you can probably find some place to order from that has a better price.
