Tinctorius Photos

I have a pair (?) of tincs that haven't been doing much. Up until this evening I never took them out for photo session, but I got the camera out and the frog I could catch.

Here's what I got.

Can't tell from those pics. Can you get better pics of the toes together up close?

Rich
Darts with parasites are analogous to mixed tanks, there are no known benefits to the frogs with either.

The photo is the same frog, the other one hid for me for the photoshoot.

I will try to catch both of them this evening to post photos of both frogs together, if I can make them cooperate.

I've had the frogs for over a year and they have never displayed any type of courtship. The frogs sometimes go into the coconut or sit on top of it, but there is no singing or anything else that would make me think they are a pair.

They feed on ff as a staple, but get termites every now and then.

Thanks for the repply.

This time I was able to get both frogs out and they actually cooperated pretty well.

Here are the photos, the last one is just beautifull for me, even though it doesn't help much to see the sexes, the others should be much better.

more photos.

The frog on the right is slightly smaller than the one on the left. To my inexperienced eye they do look different, but still wating to hear what the rest say about my pair.

Looks like a male /female pair to me. Tincs can take awhile to mature and breed.

I just went back to my Paypal account and found who I bought the tincs from.

The frogs came from Exotic Jewels. The email address is livingdead68@mail.myactv.net and I bought them on 5/2006
