Question from a tarantula keeper
#1
I have a tank that is set up for one of my spiders that has a lot of wasted space in it. I am considering dividing the tank with a aquarium tank divider and using the wet end for a frog or two. There would be no contact between them other than the air. The temp. and humidity are already kept in the same range as required for most dart frogs.

I would like to know which of the dart frogs would be able to eat small to med. crickets and how often they need to be fed.

I will try to post a pic of the tank, but for now, it is a 15 gal. and 2/3 of the tank is unused and has a area that has water and a filter with smooth aquarium gravel and plants.

Trying to divide a 15 gal tank really would not leave enough space for the dart frogs. It would be better and easier in the long run to purchase a seperate tank when you could work it into the budget. Either a smaller tank for the spider and you could use that tank for the frog, or a new tank for the frog(s). Keep in mind that a good rule of thumb is one frog per 10 gal size tank, depending on species.
