Does anyone rotate males between females? Or do they just keep them all together?

I've tried both. It depends on the species, but usually, give a large enough viv , with lots of different comfort zones, a submissive male will just find a spot he likes and leave the two love birds alone. Third wheel stuff.
Terribilis are a bit different and have calling battles to attract the females. No fighting (in my experience) with the terribilis though.
Darts with parasites are analogous to mixed tanks, there are no known benefits to the frogs with either.
If tone is more important to you than content, you are at the wrong place.

I have rotated both pums and tincs. I have moved a male between two females. Worked pretty good. if you leave the male in for a month or two at a time.

I've kept 1:2-3 in 30's , but they were small, pums (Popes) and it is always better to go as big as you can. 2:1 Robalo turned into 1:1 when I found the submissive really did nothing but took up space. I pulled him to wait for the other two to produce a female for him. I've had the 1:3 Darklands in the Uberviv and they all got along just fine. Each female had here own spot she liked. I've had 1:3 Nancies in a 2'x2'x3' 90 gal and they bred great, but I think it stressed them a bit. I don't think I would want to put any group of more than two pums in anything under a 30, but there are many who do, and it works for them. I just like lots of space and less stress for them.

I have rotated my auratus several times and have always been producing clutches within days of rotation. Tank relocation can actually be a mating inducer.
