The Dart Frog "Bible" - Lotters hardback book
#1
Just a term to denote one of the best resources ever produced for Dendrobatids. Nothing sacrilegious meant. European book that is getting harder and harder to find at a decent price. There were rumours out of Texas that a reptile show vendor was selling these new, for like $99.00. If you see them offered at that price - buy a dozen. Awesome book.

They are more like $150.00 now. Under that is considered a good price.

What to get that spouse who has everything for that special day?

Got an extra wad of caishe that somehow didn't go towards frogs?

Here ya go: Amazon.com: Poison Frogs: Biology, Species & Captive Husbandry (9783930612628): Stefan Lotters, Karl-Heinz Jungfer, Friedrich Wilhelm Henkel, Wolfgang Schmidt: Books

Dunno either...

I realize "money is money" , but I actually LOVE collecting and holding books. This book is one of those supremely well made ones, with a bazillion full colour glossy pics. This book obviously costs quite a bit to produce but it's absolutely worth owning.

In 3-D lol. I understand what you are saying. I use it as a quick ref, it is hard to read off the computer. I still am keeping an eye out for a hard copy

I will definitely recommend that everyone buys a copy of this book, just got a copy of this last week, I'm currently 200 pages in & its riveting reading. I also downloaded from wikiherps but was compelled to get the real deal. This is a must buy for anybody interested in darts.
