newbie questions on Viv construction

that looks real good but couldnt the frog go into the pitcher plant n die?
thats what i have a fear of

yes i do have a 55 gal bow front. as far as the frogs getting pichers most frogs are too big but i do have two very small leucs so i just tilt each picher on a slite angle so if they were to get in getting out would be easy. i found that nepenthes are great for cleaning up any extra fruit flies so they dont make it out of the tank.
