I am doing research now to start up a viv and choose the right frogs for me. I was reading and taking notes in another thread and saw someone mention a certain species breeding alot. My question is (stupid as it may be) will dart frogs reproduce in captivity without any kind of stimulation and do they do so alot? Sorry for the dumb question.

Not dumb at all....
A lot of Tinc species will continue to breed with lower humidity, which is odd, but it does happen.
"Stimulation" is primarily high humidity, like close to 90% and lots of food.

you can also "cull" any eggs that you find.....breeding and viable tadpoles isn't as easy as most people think, though.
