Greetings.
- I have bought these, I have 3
Now I am not sure if they will match both in colour and in shape with a rain forest environment, what do you think?
- Do they look too Scandinavian? (They are made in Sweden.)
And second because I am colour blind... (Seriously.)
(But I can tell when I see a dart...)
- Plan was to use them part on the back wall, and water feature.

I think they'll do fine. by the time you get some "vines" over them etc or plants around them, they'll blend in.

Thank you Derek.
- I know them to work well with cichlid tanks... Not exactly the same, but I kinda just ordered them "as usual" (!)
The one on top is seen outer left on pic below...

Flemming,
A lot of people put time into various backgrounds only to have them covered by vining or shingling plants. It all depends on where and how you intend to display them. They look fine and as long as they will hold up in high humidity and water soaked conditions, they should be excellent. They look "natural". I would also encourage plant rooting and growth on them, though. They will then look even more "natural".

Mmmm, yes... Something like this?
- I kinda had the answer in my own aquarium didn´t I?? (!)
I just didn´t want the shapes to stand out too much... If there is such a thing!
- They will stand those soaked conditions as they are made of "great stuff" (PUR, polyerethane.)

"Update"
- I have been looking arround for some biotope pic´s, and decided not to use those I had first planned to use! (!)
Instead I will make them myself as I believe I can make them to look more like those from the true habitat, and not from Sweden! (!)
This is from the Zoo in my signature, and the maker also sels the materials to DIY:
- And this link is Rio Tigre:

I clicked on your link and got an error...but not a big deal. Regarding rocks, the toughest part for me was being patient. Waiting for the cement to dry, layer after layer, soaking in vinegar etc... it takes time. Painting the rocks was tough for me too, I'm not as creative as most of the people I've seen on the forums.

Flemming thank you for the time, taken on this,so far no deep questions have arisen for me,but in time as i dwell on whether this might be applicable to what we are doing, things might well change  As you know we already make our own rocks, pigments and colour are my biggest issues, with making them more realistic, which is why i appreciate your help with this subject and this different method of working so much.
thakyou again for your time and help,it is a good hobby we have joined where people go to so much trouble for others so they can do the best for their frogs
belucky
