1. What are your Temperatures -Day and Night / Highs and lows ? Are you lights too hot ?

2. What is the Humidity like ? - Percentage or guesstimate and what type of Water are you using ? Describe your tank/enclosure and it's lid or top.

3. What kind of food are you providing, how much and are you dusting it / how much and what kind of powdered supplements ?

The frog looks like it has a locomotion (movement) problem. It could be a calcium deficiency or possibly vitamin A.

I would purchase 1 or 2 NEW / FRESH supplements and a superfine powdered calcium and dust every day with a rotation of vitamins one day and calcium the next day ect. Your supplements that you are using may be bad / old and not effective.

Are you in Europe or the U.K ?

A good superfine powdered vitamin supplement is "Rapashy"...google it.

A fecal exam by a qualified Veternarian would be another logical step to consider as well.

One more thing. Do you have ventilation ? The enclosure is not completely sealed with no air movement, is it ?
