What's good people?

I just found this site today, and I thought I would post my current WIP on here.

I scored this tank and stand on Craigslist for $150. It's in pretty good shape except the front and side glass are a lil scratched up but not too bad. [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]

I decided that I want a drip wall and a large pond in front so I drilled the tank and installed some 1/2" bulkheads.

I also ordered some real nice pieces of driftwood and bought a case of black pond spray foam, egg crate and nylon window screen, foam cups and went to work.

I started to cover the bg in titebond III but I decided that I wanted more surface area for mounting plants and for the frogs to hang out so I added more foam and wood to the sides and the covered it with titebond and peat.

On the right side of the tank I embedded four air lines connected to a single airline that will connect to an aquarium air pump to circulate fresh air. For filtration of my water feature I ordered a massive canister filter with a UV sterilizer built in. For lighting I ordered a 30" Coralife Aqualight Freshwater T5. Im probably going to order an Marineland Single Bright LED to supplement it.

Sorry to be so long winded but I had to cram a month of gathering and building into one post. Let me know what you guys think. [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]

Thanks Phil. I actually love the depth of column tanks. I'm not a big fan of the long, skinny 55's

Almost looks more "cube" than "column".

What's your target species for in it ?

Georgia hobby power ! Spread the love locally - awesome.

The dimensions are 31x19x29.5. This will house a very nice group of Luecs.
