What does imitator courtship look like?

I haven't found any info on this, like I have for Tincs. Is it the same with my imis, where the female will approach the male & 'pat' his back. So intrigued watching these guys!

You should post pics of your viv. Make sure you have adequate visual barriers, hides ect. Stress is sometimes "silent" and the hobbyist doesn't even notice it. Courtship is most any behaviour other than headlocks, wrestling and standing on top of another frog's head.

With 5 adult frogs together...you need to be very cognizant of their interactions.

Yeah, I've been watching how they act with each other. I just put them back in their viv (I got it with them, so now I have two) last night.
So far I've noticed that the one calling male, will some times approach the not calling male and the not calling one will leave the area. He doesn't purse him though.

I know the not calling one is male, because I had them in separate bins for several days while I re-adhered a background, and rearranged the plants etc. and he called in the bin. Interestingly, the now calling male didn't call in the bins... So flip flopped. I took pics of their patterns, and marked the bins which was which, so am quite sure on this.

Haven't seen any wrestling at all. When the male calls, the bigger boofie looking ones that I think are female, take note and will approach him.

I will try to get some better pics and post the viv etc.
