Too much water ?

I have setup my 1st viv and my temp is hanging around 73
My humidity is at 95% with using a fogger Seems like a lot of extra water in the tank is that bad ?

A few pics would be helpful.
Do you have a 'false bottom' ? Is your substrate soaked /wet ?

I do have a false bottom
Top of sub is damp leaves have water in them Sorry don't see how to upload picture
