In the Jan. 2013 Reptiles magazine, there is an article about keeping and breeding Ranitomeya benedicta.

Cool ! That's the current issue, I guess ? Do you know who wrote it ? The local Barnes and Noble used to carry the monthly issues but apparently they did not sell enough, and only the Reptiles Magazine Annual issues are there.

That's awesome for a magazine that usually only features line bred, designer morph animals.

I know...we are so the minority. Think how the Salamander hobby feels ! They pick up OUR hobby crumbs.

Strictly Reptiles , Reptiles Etc., Joe's Bargain Bin Flipped and Disgusting Reptiles, guessing Reptile Magazine and pretty much any business with the word Reptile as a banner rarely is the place to find good dart info.
Have not seen the article. Who did write it?
Darts with parasites are analogous to mixed tanks, there are no known benefits to the frogs with either.

If tone is more important to you than content, you are at the wrong place.
