Some Dendrobates azureus pictures
#1
This afternoon I stopped at a friend's house for coffee and also to take a handfull of pictures.
His F1 Azureus are just gorgeous animals!

They just layed a second clutch of eggs, still a little too young but with time it should end up being a nice story.

Great photos K! Really nice composition! That is a nice size enclosure - did you happen to take a full tank shot? Just curious to see how the entire viv is planted.

Bonjour Jim Wink

Nope, I don't have (yet) a picture of this very "unusual" terrarium hosting mostly different mosses.
It is a quite unique type of terrarium, at least for me.
Nothing like what I saw in Panama and Costa Rica.

I should go back there in a few days, within the next two weeks I hope, may be I will get to shoot the all terrarium with a more suitable lens than a Sigma 150mm f2.8

Big Grin maybe he can open a window and you can stand on the street to take an FTS with your 150 Wink

I did notice how unsual and richly planted this viv looked. It is also quite large. Seems like a very interesting setup. Thanks for sharing!

No opened window for me, I don't know how to fly Wink
The owner of the frogs/terrarium (Sebastien) should stop by sometime, you will get first hand details about the set up and how he runs it.

Last Azureus picture for today 8)
