Hello from a brand new dart-frog gal

Hi there!

My name is Joey. As of today, I am a new dart frog owner! I love in Southern California with my husband, a videogame developer currently at Blizzard, and two Burmese cats who are freeloaders.

As am I, to be fair, since I've been disabled and unable to work since 2008. (Prior to that I was a sign language interpreter and instructor of English for underprepared deaf college students. Prior to that I worked in publishing and showbiz.) Currently I'm a writer on an unpaid but fabulous videogame project. I work and do almost everything else from my bedroom/den/office, which is nice because my new frogs can have pretty much all the attention they could ever want or need.

And speaking of which, I'll be heading over to the beginner questions area now...
