today while picking some dead bromeliad leaves off of a brom in my imitator varadero tank, i accidentally knocked down one of their favorite ledges. I intend of putting the ledge back up. How should i go about putting the ledge back in? should i just pull the frogs from the viv and put them in a quarantine tank? i am trying to stress them out as little as possible

Without seeing a photo of your tank, there is no way anyone can give you solid advice on what to do.
Some concerns:
1. Is the enclosure small and sparsely planted ? Could the frogs jump out and maybe you would miss it (happened to me with a vanzolinii). In that case, enlist some help watching ect.
2. Would there have to be major reconstruction and possible fumes from adhesive / silicone ?
3. Can the frogs make do without their 'favourite ledge' ?
If you really decide to 'jump in' and reconstruct things ect, I don't think any frog will die from stress unless power tools and chainsaws are used.

And not to pick nits...well..shall we say, pick mites.
But...
The 'more' correct hobby term would be 'Temporary enclosure'. Not Quarantine, which indicates observation and possible treatment ect.

You could put them in a temp tank while silicone dries, or you could use magnets, like the newer ledges and hides for herps.
