Heat Pacs VS Hand Warmers..Winter Shipping
#1
Just a quick heads up for anyone shipping in the winter that may not know the difference between heat pacs and hand warmers.

A heat pac , or "small pets shipping warmer", is what you want to ship Darts with. A heat pac should last more than 24 hrs, its average heat is around 70 with high temps around 110. It does not spike to extreme temps to desiccate your darts.

Hand warmers average around 110 with max temps of around 170 and last for much shorter periods of time. They will spike up to their max temps , then fall relatively quickly.

Look for heat pacs used for shipping animals, not hand warmers used to keep a hunter toasty for a day in the deer blind.

Darts with parasites are analogous to mixed tanks, there are no known benefits to the frogs with either.
