Newbie in need

I am just about to purchase a Dendrobates tinctorius (Dyeing poison frog). I am wondering if my setup is right so far. I have a 29 gallon tank. my temperature and humidity is where it should at. I have a coconut hut and a little water area. My lighting is a florescent bulb I got from Home Depot that says it it for plants. Please tell me if anything is wrong or if I should add anything.

Could you elaborate a little more about your tank? When you say your temp and humidity is where is should be, can you tell us what it is at?
What type of lid do you have on the tank? Do you have plants in the tank?
