Oh, just put it all out there, now. I won't be offended and I'll surely find some humor in it. I find this laughable that I'm ANYONE except who I claim to be. I mean, I sent Phil a ton of very personal documents that no one except me would have on them...hell, do you want me to make him a youtube video too? Maybe one with me and Tobius? Not sure if I'd go to that trouble. It really does not make you look too wise to claim I'm someone that I am not, not with a good amount of evidence supporting it. Some of us are patiently awaiting Sidney to address the multiple questions and claims that are concerning us and don't really care too much about whether Tobias is Justin (although I tend to beleive they are separate people).

I'm a bit curious that even if I was magically Tobius, I don't think that would change ANYTHING to do with Sidney or ANYTHING at all. I'm not selling specimens to people, am I? I've listed a total of two surplus male cristobals, which I traded one to Tobius for a female to pair up my extra male. Unless I start doing more then that...I don't see how this is relevant, Sidney. No, it is not true. I think that fact has been made obvious from my statements (very different then Tobius), my phone number, e-mail, ISP, Facebook, the identifying documents I scaned & sent, etc. If someone even took all that time to make that crap, what would the purpose even be? Why would that person just not post as themselves? Why even go through the trouble. I'm more then happy to send additional docs such as passport, car insurance, etc. Does Sidney want a video of me saying I'm not Tobius? Hell, he knows what he looks and sounds like. A simple phone call to me from Sidney would clearly show him I'm not Tobius, but he refuses this. I think he is just trying to keep pointing and shooting "Tobius" at me so we won't question him. See how much time this has wasted?

I was just making a general statement that regardless who I was...the facts are the facts and it is pointless for Sidney to keep claiming I am Tobius. I have put evidence out there that I'm not Tobius. Sidney has presented NO evidence to support any of the things he has told that he is being questioned about.

When I hear about people, high profile Froggers in a tight community no less, posting or threatening to post personal email communications online, the first thought that comes to my mind is that I'd have no further trust in ever talking with, emailing or otherwise conversing with someone who would stoop to publicly posting his/her private conversations in order to 'win' an argument. No matter if they 'were' right or wrong, I just don't see future trust being offered if the consequences are betrayed confidence.

How could you trust someone who at anytime would/could dig up and post your private remarks? Think about it. [no emoticon necessary]

Second thought is "what might the corollary be to a site owner who allows such acts to continue without consequence, who turns a blind eye to such behaviors?"

I have to say this thread continues mostly to be a personal 'fight' between 2 members and little to do with the original intent of the thread as I would interpret it.

Very simply Shawn, once I have been lied to unpteen times over a year's period, then I bring up all the lies in private, but am continued to be lied to, I act.
After talking with Sidney and giving him a ton of time to make things right for the hobby, he told me to f off.
I then post only a very few of the many lies he has belched out, where he says I'm the one lying. So guess what you get when you call me a liar...you get proof in writing...the liar Sidney Ferrell's own writing . He's very much not smart and has written out crap loads of lies to a bunch of people for the last year. We are all pissed off and his privately written lies are coming out, as they should be. He's lied to you, and you have admitted it. Not hard to admit, he's lied to all involved for quite some time.
Get used to dirtbags being outed Shawn. Even if you happen to be someone who just wants their frogs, no matter how big the dirtbag.

Well...Sidney DOES indeed have a second account here. At least 3 other people do as well, all technically in violation of the TOS here. What would make it different, is that Justin - Blue pumilio sent me documents and phone calls for his proof of who he says he is, i.e not Tobias. Going those extra steps in furtherance of a lie/ fraud is Much more egregious in scope and intent, in my opinion.
