Frog poop - get rid of it asap |

What's the rush? It's only frog poop...
A couple of reasons you want to remove the poop ASAP:
Frog poop is very important to take note of. You can easily see if there is blood in the stool, if it's runny or other issues.
Stools tell you that your frog is INDEED eating, which is hugely important. If you don't spray the stool away, you will soon forget if it is recent or not and lose track of it.
Stools left on plants or glass for days will harden and then become very difficult to remove. You don't want to 'hand-remove' the stool - spraying is way easier and safer than touching it or wasting a paper towel.
Finally, if you are into aesthetics or have visitors over, then a vivarium full of crusty frog logs is visually unattractive.

I keep trying to smash the fly on my screen |

I was sitting on the couch where my 120 cabinet backs into enjoying a nice local IPA last night when a fly meandered across my phone screen when I visited DartDen. I smashed it - but it kept going. I swear I smashed it again, then it appeared on the left side of my screen again ...
Whose idea was this to torment froggers with escapee populations in their house?

Let's talk new frog/s introduction.
What is the best way to bring a new frog or frogs into your frog collection that might be going into a fresh tank that has been up and running for a few months but has had no frogs in it?
Do you quarantine in a separate enclosure for a set amount of time? If so how long? Do you treat them for anything if they are NOT wild caught?
If you use a quarantine tank how is it set up? Bare bones with sphagnum moss and cuttings or ABG with leaves and cuttings? OR just a paper towel lining?
Or do you introduce them straight away into the viv as long as they are healthy? Is this less stress on them?

no...it's the old 'effort vs results' lesson. The best effort is to hand-remove. Easiest and most effective. Remove the wet wood and wet leaf litter too, and just be diligent for a while and they will peter out. Most hobbyists are so shocked by the appearance of viv pests that they view 12 days as a LONG time and that's why there is little patience and so many ineffectual recommendations - usually by other new hobbyists that have never done a CO2 bomb themselves - only parroting something they saw someone else post.
if you have OCD or are a germaphobe or a 'what if' type of person, then this is gonna be a tough hobby for me to recommend. Tear-downs of tanks and constant stress will totally eliminate your fun for this hobby and before you know, you'll be out- selling your tank. I've had flatworms, grain mites, soil mites, centipedes, a 6 inch long Asian house centipede, some small black centipedes that move like snakes, snails, slugs...half of that list I am currently dealing with. Just hand remove and try not to stress. Again, if you feel like you have to get every last one and are freaking out about eggs and bombing a tank ect ect...then you may not be long for the hobby
